When the house we bought was not left clean by the sellers, they personally paid for it to be professionally cleaned without even asking. They made the process so painless and easy for us and we would recommend them 100 times over!

We have bought 8 houses during our lifetime and every year the process becomes more complex. I have never worked with a finer agent. She is helpful but not pushy, she had a clear picture of our needs and never wasted our time and when we hit critical deadlines she was always there to make sure things got done right and on time. I have an intense work schedule and work jobs, she was still able to fit me in and work with my schedule to get me to the houses I loved. There were ups and downs after hearing others offered were accepted, but she was so positive and eager to get back out there and find the right house. Penny is also a big gardener, mother, and wife who sees more to life then just numbers which is amazing to feel part of her world, not just another client. Thanks so much penny We love you.
