I had to hound Penny for updates. She barely contacted me at all - only to sign paperwork. She tried to pressure me into lowering my asking price VERY early in our sale process. She never volunteered information, I had to ask if there were showings, if there were any updates, etc. Absolute minimum communication with me. The closing happened last week and she didn't contact me at all about the closing date, or offer any information - I received that information from my Real Estate Attorney. I would not recommend her.

Penny was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in our search to buy a home. Looking to buy a home in another state, we needed extra help and had lots of questions. She was always very responsive to our calls/texts and on time to every showing. I liked the fact that she was very personable and easy to talk to. The biggest selling point for us was how very open and honest she was. Although we decided to buy our home in VT, I would highly recommend Penny to anyone looking to buy a home in NY. Penny was our real estate agent during the summer of 2022. She was extremely patient in showing us many, many houses. We put in several offers that were not accepted, and she remained steadfast in finding the right house for us. When we did have an offer accepted and the inspection showed issues, she was able to renegotiate our offer, saving us close to $40,000.00. Penny was very professional. She answered all questions, researching the answers if necessary. You will not be disappointed in choosing Penny as your agent.

Penny was great to work with. I would highly recommend her as a sales agent to anyone looking to list or sell their home. Penny was helpful with locating building inspectors for us. She provided information to our attorney in a timely manner. She helped the purchasing process flow smoothly by working with the listing agent of a different reality company. We were living 120 miles away and she was very helpful with providing quick responses to our many questions.
