ZillowVERIFIEDI had to hound Penny for updates. She barely contacted me at all - only to sign paperwork. She tried to pressure me into lowering my asking price VERY early in our sale process. She never volunteered information, I had to ask if there were showings, if there were any updates, etc. Absolute minimum communication with me. The closing happened last week and she didn't contact me at all about the closing date, or offer any information - I received that information from my Real Estate Attorney. I would not recommend her.

When we did have an offer accepted and the inspection showed issues, she was able to renegotiate our offer, saving us close to $40,000.00. Penny was very professional. She answered all questions, researching the answers if necessary. You will not be disappointed in choosing Penny as your agent.

She provided information to our attorney in a timely manner. She helped the purchasing process flow smoothly by working with the listing agent of a different reality company. We were living 120 miles away and she was very helpful with providing quick responses to our many questions.
