Loren and I have been working together for along time looking for houses, if there were problems then he was up front and honest and knew what I was looking for, so if it didn't match what I wanted then we wouldn't even consider it, which to me is a good thing because why waste that time if you know you won't like it. I was given alot of useful tips and help from Loren with the fixer upper I got.
