ZillowVERIFIEDThis was the first sale of a home for me. I had an immediate positive but honest response from Doug and Peggy regarding the house and how it might sell. We began the sales journey in March, 2011 and the house sold the first of September, 2011. The house had many issues related to being a home willed to myself and other relatives. Peggy and Doug knew their job and used their professional expertise regarding how to deal with other parties involved with the home, which made the sale move as smoothly as possible. They helped with getting local trades persons to do repairs as necessary. This was important because I live very far away in the upper mid west and did not have any idea who to choose to help with any work on the home. They always answered the phone calls and emails I made to them almost immediately, and provided positive, professional responses to any questions I had. I believe Doug and Peggy are truly masterful real estate sales people. Sellers and buyers of real estate would be very fortunate indeed to have them assist with any real estate transactions.
