Peggy Graves

I moved to Jackson in 1978 with my husband and daughter. We were living in Memphis TN at the time and thought Jackson TN would be a great place to call home. In 1979 I got my real estate license and started working with Hamilton Hills Realty in Jackson. There are so many things I love about real estate. From meeting new people, goal setting, the fast paced environment and the ever changing market. All of these things make real estate both challenging and rewarding for me. I strive to be a top producer and innovater in the real estate market. Having one of the first teams in our area was a huge accomplishment not to mention a lot of fun! I think the key to success in real estate is education. I have participated in Star Powers (Howard Britton), CRS, Coldwell Banker and NAR. One of the greatest rewards of real estate is when clients become friends. Real estate gives me the opportunity to have a huge impact on someone's life. I have been invited to weddings, baby showers and birthdays, all because I helped someone buy or sell a home. Giving back to the community is important to me. It is easy for me to sell homes in Jackson because I consider Jackson home and love all that it has to offer. I am involved in Mission Jackson, RIFA, Union University Board, READ student program and Jackson Chamber. The nature of this business keeps me on my toes. Changes in the market help me get out of my comfort zone. It allows me to brain storm with my team and network with other agents to be the best I can be. When I am not working I enjoy traveling and spending time with my 2 grandchildren Will and Annah. I am thankful that real estate will always be here. No matter what the market is doing there will always be someone who wants to buy or sell a home and I am glad I will be here to help them. I can't think of a better or more rewarding job. Peggy Graves
