Peggy was incredibly helpful as we were going through the process of buying a home in Santa Fe. For most buying or selling a home is an emotionally charged event. For my sister and I this had to be one of the hardest decisions we have made so far in our lives. Our farther had passed away and now we were left to deal with his estate, his home which he built, its contents and his Mercedes. To further complicate things my sister lived in Maryland and I in South Florida both fulltime employed and unable to travel out to Santa Fe to supervise the disposition of the estate. Peggy was our shining star. My sister had selected her from several agents and agencies and found her to be straight forward honest and to the point. Peggy found us a car dealer, Paul from Santa Fe Auto Showcase, who purchased the Mercedes and handled the title paperwork, which in New Mexico is complex when a decedent is involved. Peggy arranged for a plumber to fix a leaky toilet in the master bedroom, and coordinated with Kendra Henning from Stuff Happens, the removal and shipping of personal items in the property so photos could be taken for the property listing. We also had an issue with the Radon Gas testing, Peggy found Radon Pro of New Mexico which installed a Radon mitigation system at a very competitive price. This is all occurring in the dead of winter with unusual cold and snow activity for Santa Fe. We had to have the driveway plowed several times so Peggy could show the home. Peggy was able to sell the house, in record time, and at the appraised value, and we were able to close the sale remotely. I cannot thank Peggy enough for the through, professional job that was done on our behalf.
