Peggy was an amazing realtor and helped smooth the entire process from something that seemed daunting to something that was able to be processed through in a few short months. She was able to recommend homes exactly the type needed by my family, helped coach us not just on what to offer but how and how to approach sellers as more than just another customer. I can honestly say without her help my family and I would likely still be in an apartment instead of in our first home.

Told me some hard truths that I didn't want to hear, but got the home sold when the market was slowing down by my 'must sell' date. I'd definitely use her again for her expertise and ability to accurately price a home. Once we had an accepted contract, the home was *literally* sold within a day! :o
