We had a great experience with Ruby. She had the challenge with us as we had moved overseas and she helped oversea some of the work that we had aligned with her on to get done to the house prior to listing. Our biggest challenge was completing the work to hit the best selling period, but Ruby was able to move the house quickly even with late fall/early winter showings. Highly recommend Ruby!

I thought there should be 10 stars for Ruby! Then, after 5 days of evacuating Hurricane Irma, she QUIT the very day a cash offer was submitted by a purchasers agent! No conversation or explanation. Ruby literally quit the same day she emailed me a cash offer because I needed clarification, and was confused by her texts! If you want a realtor who will go above and beyond for you, likes doing business by texts, and will then quit -- hire Ruby She will promise you the Moon, and actually deliver it .... up until the day you need her the most.
