No conversation or explanation. Ruby literally quit the same day she emailed me a cash offer because I needed clarification, and was confused by her texts! If you want a realtor who will go above and beyond for you, likes doing business by texts, and will then quit -- hire Ruby She will promise you the Moon, and actually deliver it .... up until the day you need her the most.
