I am a first time out of state investor who happened to get in contact with Payton through zillow and I have been extremely happy with her services. I haven't visited KC area and have met her but that will happen soon as I expand my real estate investment portfolio in KCMO.I don't expect or ask her to find deals for me as I like to be in control of that but when I do find one and run it by her or send it to her to procced, her response is very quick. She is always on top of things with every step in the process whether its negotiating an offer, working with a home inspector or anything related to title/closing etc.I just recently closed on an investment property in Grandview, MO through her and looking into another one currently.She is very responsive and is always available via email/text or a phone call.
