I originally chose Paula as our Realtor because I loved her videos about what was happening in Huntsville and wanted someone who really knew not just the geography but the culture of the City. Because we were relocating from out of town, we had to make our weekend house shopping visits count. Paula was always up for a packed day of house-hunting. When the market was tough, she encouraged us to be tougher. When I got creative with the options, she helped me think through the pros and cons of the houses I was considering. Ms. Paula is so much more than an amazing Realtor. I never have to doubt she is corner. My daughter referred me to her after she did an amazing job with her & her husband on their primary home. Paula has been nothing short of amazing. From start to finish she made a very stressful time in our lives extremely smooth. The housing market now is like nothing We've ever seen. We couldn't have gotten through this process without Paula. She even thought of the little things when we were stressed the most just by sending a simple text checking in on us. She always made herself available to show us houses ,chat, be there for inspections and anything in between. On top of it all encouraging us along the way even when we were outbid a few times. She even waited on our paper work at the lawyers office the day we closed so we could get a head start on moving & brought it to our home.
