I was out of town for the sale process. Paula handled all of the repairs needed from the inspection report. She kept me informed through the whole process of getting bids, arranging for repair people to come and when the repairs were finished. She even arranged to have a mobile notary come to me so I would not have to travel for the closing. She made the sale of my house easy.
