Paula took over the company after the loss of her partner, Martin Garcia, in 1995. Since our inception we have strived to consistently implement the Highest Standards & the best tools available in our Quest to provide Quality service to Our Customers.Her vast experience in Sales, Marketing, Investments, Vacant Land and Management of Residential & Commercial Properties is a great asset to the company. Staying current with market trends and economic changes is a must in this industry and Paula does just that. In 1980 I started working with a builder, Cliff Zarsky of Texan Homes, selling his new construction homes in the Calallen area of Corpus Christi. the builder liked me so much he hired me to manage all his rental properties.
I took real estate law courses at Del Mar college, those were credit courses, not non-credit. I taught real estate contracts at the Del Mar College non-credit course classes. In 1999 I obtained my mortgage brokers' license; I worked with Apex Lending as a licensed Mortgage Broker from 1999 to 2007.
