If you are looking for a nice guy who listens to you...and invests whatever time is necessary to sell or find your new property, its Paul.Paul got us 15% more than we intended to ask for our house because he analyzed our market strategically and used good judgement to promote the property.When searching for our new home, Paul found alot of choices and introduced us to new areas for consideration. My experience with Paul Zorich has been incredible. When other Realtors talked a big game, Paul rolled up his sleeves and got to work. He climbed a ladder and repaired drywall at my home so that I could list my house. Paul knows the Realstate market and helped me through the process of selling my home and negotiating with a very difficult seller and sellers agent for the purchase my current home in Franklin. My wife and I first met Paul nearly 6 years ago when we were looking to buy our first home together. While searching on Zillow, Paul's name/profile popped up. We hadn't yet selected a Realtor to work with so we decided to reach out to him and he responded almost immediately. Two days later we were touring houses with Paul and within a week we had our dream home under contract. Paul was fantastic to work with throughout the entire transaction. He has great communication, is very knowledgeable, and truly cares for his clients to make sure they get everything they need.Fast forward to June 2018 and my wife and I, now along with our 2.5 year old son, decided we needed a change of scenery and made the hard decision to sell our beloved house.
