I met with Paul to sell my wifes family home two hours from where we currently live. Within two weeks of meeting Paul he sold our hone. Paul is extremely professional, honest and communicated the selling process. A market analysis with comps was completed in a day and we received multiple offers at and above the listing price. Not only did Paul sell our home within a week of listing, we also had a higher net price than we expected. We couldnt be more pleased to have listed our home with Paul.

I told Paul the day we met that I needed a good negotiator. He came through with flying colors! Having recently lost my father to cancer, he made sure to make the home buying process as stress-less as possible. His recommendations for homes were usually spot on (matching our taste, style, etc.), and we couldn't be happier with the home we settled on. As a bonus, Paul brought me my requested Brownie Bites on the day of closing (Extra bonus tip: if you ask him to get you a coffee, he will... not even kidding). I can't recommend Paul enough - he is an utter joy to work with!
