Im very particular about who I do business with and set very high expectations up front. I wanted a plan in place to make sure our listing was flawless. Paul walked through the house and gave us tips on what to fix and change, and provided lots of great advice to ensure we had a lot of traffic from the start. We had over 25 showings in the first few days and multiple offers that led to a sale over asking price!
