ZillowVERIFIEDPaul was a fantastic agent. After going thru the entire sale process, I can?t believe I ever even considered selling on my own. He initially made some suggestions to help improve the property value and recommended the listing price, upon which we received 3 full price offers within 24 hours after listing. There were several key details during the process that Paul knew how to handle and send me text reminders when appropriate. He also facilitated Q&A with the buyer. I would highly recommend Paul to any seller or prospective buyer. BTW, he also helped our daughters purchase their home less than a month after our closing.
