Kim and especially Paul Klink were absolutely amazing to work with while helping me find my place in Dunedin, Florida. They were incredibly flexible and made time to meet with me over a single weekend, coming prepared with great details, advice, and local insight. Communication was outstandingaEUR"fast responses, proactive follow-ups, and they were always accommodating, even when coordinating with other parties. They are both so friendly and easy to be around, which made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. We found the right place quickly, made an offer within just four days, and went under contract right after. Since I was back in Pennsylvania for parts of the process, Paul went above and beyond by taking videos and photos when I couldnt be there, which made a huge difference. They followed up on everything, answered all my questions, recommended great inspection professionals, and showed strong knowledge of the Dunedin area, home values, and pricing.
