Paul is the BEST realtor!! My family has been using him for years, and I also got to for the purchase of my first home. He made the entire process so easy, was very knowledgeable, and always available when needed. I cannot recommend him enough!! 11/10 recommend!!

Paul Huber was a great help in preventing me from being involved in an identity theft scam to illegally sell a property I own. He acted in a very professional and ethical manner to stop the scam and protect not only those directly involved, but the public in general. I highly recommend Paul as an astute, professional and ethical realtor.

My sister and I were so fortunate in connecting with Mr. Paul Huber, through my daughter, who recommended him after they moved from NJ & purchased their home in Holly Springs, NC. Last year, with Covid & travel issues, we depended on Paul to help us through the process of buying a yet-to-build home in a 55+ community, Carolina Gardens, in Fuquay Varina. He visited the lots we chose, sent pics and videos of the model home, and was with us when we were able to travel April 2021 when we met with the construction field supervisor reviewing the aEURoeslabaEUR? of our future home. He had our backs from the outset, every step of the way, until CLOSING! I STRONGLY recommend anyone buying into a new 55+ plus community to hire an OUTSIDE REALTOR and not depend on the communitys INSIDE REALTOR. Mr. Huber had our backs as construction issues surfaced (will list below) and kept on top of the issues to be corrected. Mr. Huber is the ultimate professional, knowledgeable in real estate, in construction, patient in handling so many issues with builders, construction field managers, and works for his clients! I state below the following construction issues I experienced (not all) which seems to be common in todays world which we should not be experiencing as a retiree, especially if you are a widow/widower with no one to share these issues, or help resolve, as it is so stressful. The first issue I had was my kitchen island was 6aEUR? into the hallway, which would interfere with counter chairs on the island and the opening of the pantry door. I took photos (which I recommend you to do, document with any issues before your warrantee runs out) and since my sister was building next door, I had a comparison. Hers was perfectly placed. They did move the island, replaced the flooring and molding surrounding the kitchen island. First, most importantly, are the electrical issues. I will mention two. If I turned on my dishwasher the disposal would go on as well. Cant turn on the light switch in the furnace room bc it will shut off my A/C, ceiling fan/light in the second bedroom, central vacuum. Mr. Huber recommended a VIP Inspection before the dry walls went up and before Closing which I STRONGLY recommend as we discovered other issues. I closed September 27 on my home, still some issues that will be resolved and Mr. Huber still communicating with me if there is anything else he can help me with. Secondly, I was advised by retirees at my community to attend the meetings to hear the home issues folks have been experiencing that were sorry they did not hire an outside Realtor and did not have a VIP Home Inspection before walls went up or after.
