Paul Heathman

I have been a Realtor in Western North Carolina for well over 20 years and enjoy showing people around the area and sharing my knowledge and experience of living in the mountains with others. I am originally from central Florida where I was a Realtor for 18 years. As the saying goes "I was not born here, but got here as soon as I could." I enjoy snow skiing, walking in the many beautiful places we have around here with my wife Gail (a native of this area) and our dog Romeo. I also participate in Pickleball, auto cross, and track events with my sports car. If you allow me to assist you with your real estate needs, my philosophy is: I will help you find the right home or property. I will point out the positive and negative of properties we look at and supply you with pertinent information to make an informed decision. I will not pressure you. It is your money and your decision. My team and I do a very respectable amount of business, but we are more about complete client satisfaction than we are the numbers.
