About Paul Heathman

I have been a Realtor in Western North Carolina for well over 20 years and enjoy showing people around the area and sharing my knowledge and experience of living in the mountains with others. I am originally from central Florida where I was a Realtor for 18 years. As the saying goes "I was not born here, but got here as soon as I could." I enjoy snow skiing, walking in the many beautiful places we have around here with my wife Gail (a native of this area) and our dog Romeo. I also participate in Pickleball, auto cross, and track events with my sports car. If you allow me to assist you with your real estate needs, my philosophy is: I will help you find the right home or property. I will point out the positive and negative of properties we look at and supply you with pertinent information to make an informed decision. I will not pressure you. It is your money and your decision. My team and I do a very respectable amount of business, but we are more about complete client satisfaction than we are the numbers. Traveling to WNC with a friend who wanted to retire here in the Mountains, I fell in love with the area and decided this is where I wanted to also retire. After going through several local Agents who never contacted us, Paul was recommended. With Paul's assistance my friend bought a house in 2009 and I purchased property in 2011 on which I had a house built. I found during my friend's process and my own Paul to be very helpful and honest with his comments on properties & listings we physically reviewed. There was never any pressure felt to make a "quick sale" and the experience was positive. Being very knowledgeable of the area and processes Paul quickly answered my questions via email or phone.
