About Paul Halberg

It's All About Service, it sounds like a slogan, but I believe good attentive service is how a professional differentiates themselves from the crowd. I am a Licensed Wisconsin Real Estate Broker and a member of The Realtors Association of South Central Wisconsin, Wisconsin Realtors Association, National Association of Realtors. I also maintain Premium Broker Accounts with Zillow, Trulia & Realtor.com. I was born and raised New York City, truly an amazing place full of many wonderful unique experiences. I spent summers and winter weekends in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania and fell in love with life outside of the hustle and bustle of the big city.. In my late teens I attended college in Dallas, Texas, where I met my wife Linda. In my early twenties I moved to Maui, Hawaii where I lived for over 23 years. I spent nearly a decade in the service industry before I started my own IT Development & Services Company. Through my company, now based in Wisconsin, I was a major contributor to the development of one of Hawaii's most successful independent real estate brokerages that regularly does over 40 million dollars in annual transactions. In late 2010 I moved to Platteville from Hawaii to be closer to my then girlfriend and now wife Linda. In 2013 we decided it was time to stop renting and purchased our home in Platteville.

Cheri was amazing! I cant say enough! She was always there to answer any question anytime. During the week, weekends, or nights, it didnt matter. She would schedule showings as soon as she heard from us. Thus crazy market and some particular needs on our part made finding our forever home a bit of a journey. Cheri did a great job selling my house. There was a lot of back and forth communication with the buyers agent and title company and the buyers lender kept delaying the closing. Cheri handled it very professionally and she even arranged to have me pre-sign so I didnt have to keep rearranging my schedule. She kept me in the loop about every step of the process.

Paul was literally the best realtor we could have asked for. Bar none. We were buying in WI from another state, and he was so upfront about the condition of properties, the costs in the area, what we need to think about moving from the south up to WI, etc. Every detail. He answered every text message, every phone call. A lot of professionals don?t take my partner and I seriously, because of how we look. Paul took it in stride and joked around with us.
