About Paul Grist

I thoroughly enjoy being a real estate broker and auctioneer and have been in the business for over 11 years. It's all about the people I serve and the places I market and sell. I am a member of several national organizations and I can help anyone connect with a great Realtor or Auctioneer in any state - just let me know. I am a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and graduate of the Certified Auctioneer Institute. At Virginia Tech, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Policy and Planning with a double major Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Community service is also very important to me. I currently serve as a Director for the Greater Greenbrier Chamber of Commerce, and recently completed a term as President of the Lewisburg Rotary Club (the third largest in the state with 125 members) and Assistant District Governor for District 7550 covering the southern half of West Virginia. Life is an amazing opportunity and I am blessed to help other people though the service of real estate.

My wife and I worked with Paul to both sell our prior home and then to purchase a new one. The experience was very unique in both cases. Paul took more time than we ever expected to get to know us and the details of the home we sold. He presented it with great photography, video and even a story written by a professional writer. We were skeptical that it would sell in a reasonable time frame and not at all convinced that it would sell for close to our asking price. We were wrong in both cases..... After the sale, we took our time to find a new home and Paul was very patient us and worked very hard to find a good fit for us. We feel like he got to know us and we did find a great place. We appreciate having worked with Paul and would not hesitate to do so again. We wholeheartedly recommend Paul to anyone seeking to buy or sell a home. Outstanding service by a true real estate professional. Relocation is always a stressful experience, however with Pauls team handling the listing, the quick sale of our home was not stressful. I especially appreciated the detail of Pauls market analysis when it came time to choose our listing price.
