He helped me sell my house in Bella Vista (very quickly) and is in the process of helping me buy a new house. An in-depth understanding of the city and details surrounding its specific neighborhoods, are critical skills for a realtor to have in Philadelphia. Prior realtors that I worked with in the area did not have the knowledge that Paul had, and both time and money were wasted as a result. Paul is incredibly calm and patient, and also quite honest. He will tell you the truth, even if it isn't necessarily what you want to hear, but in a kind and very informative way. Home selling/purchasing can be an extremely emotional process and it is important to have a realtor who will ensure you have the facts necessary to make informed decisions.
