Paul was awesome through our selling and buying experience! When we considered selling and reached out to learn about the market, he put in the work and answered all of our questions before we decided to move forward. I'm not sure the sale could have been any smoother! All along the way, he was very responsive and communicated with us and the buyers, keeping us all aligned and the process moving forward to close. On the other side, our buying experience was a challenge, solely due to an inexperienced and non responsive sellers agent. Paul was professionally persistent with them, and then aggressive when necessary, holding the agent to their commitments and ultimately bringing the sale to closing. I'm not sure we would have been as successful with another agent. Throughout our home search and closing wed tell people we are working with Paul and wed hear feedback like aEURoeI know Paul; hes great!aEUR? We highly recommend Paul to help with your deals too!!
