Worked with Paul on a sophisticated 1.5 Million dollar fixer in Meadow Vista. I have personally bought and sold 15 properties all over California. I have worked with power brokers selling a 6 unit multi family in Mountain View Ca. as well as buying properties from Hedge Fund companies.
