Paul Blair was recommended to me from a Real Estate friend in another city who knew Paul from the business and good things to say so I was hopeful. I reached out to Paul for help listing my property for rent as I live in another city. Seeing that this request is not a largely profitable one, I was unsure what kind of help I would get. Paul exceeded my expectations. Paul showed his expertise in Real Estate in the local market when he went over my homes value with me, helped me make decisions for my future as to wether rent or sell (this was incredibly valuable as a first time buying in a city and market that is new to me). Paul went above and beyond when he surveyed my home after my previous renters and let me know what issues needed addressing and put me in contact with people to help fix them. Paul was patient with me when I did not respond ASAP, and when I wanted to wait to find the right tenants. He also never pressured me into any decision just gave me useful information to help me make the decision myself. I would definitely use Paul again in the future.
