ZillowVERIFIEDI met Paul through Zillows house shopping. After looking at a few homes, I found one that called my name. I loved it. He was aEURoeon itaEUR? from the get go. He wrote the offer immediately, communicated with the sellers realtor, nudged me on obtaining certain documents, explained processes and verbage I wasnt familiar with, always remaining respectful and personable. I had a rocky closing to say the least, by no fault of Pauls, but situations that led to a near failure of the purchase. However, Paul persisted and managed to find a lender who could make it happen in 8 days. He shared the thrill, the pain, the fear, tears, and joy. What an AMAZING realtor and (id like to think of) as a friend. It was a crazy ride. One I wont forget and I doubt he will either.
