We had an excellent experience working with Patty and would recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive real estate agent. We actually found Patty through a connection who was also under contract on the same condo complex we were buying. Unfortunately, our contract was terminated by the builder just days before closing, a major letdown! After realizing our original agent was completely useless (he didnt even attend our design meetings or inspection), we knew we needed someone better. Enter Patty. While she didnt find us our next home (we found it ourselves), she immediately jumped in to help. Even though she was out of town when we contacted her, she had one of her team members show us the property right away, and we submitted an offer that same day. From there, Patty was involved in every step of the process. She coordinated seamlessly between our lender, attorney, sellers agent, and HOA. She followed up on all our questions, made sure repairs were handled properly, and even worked with the seller's agent to get us additional funds at closing after an error in the listed square footage. We truly appreciated Pattys professionalism, communication, and dedication throughout the process. She helped turn a stressful situation into a smooth closing, and were happy to recommend her to all our friends.

Patty sold us a house 10 years ago now just sold that house for us. There were some challenges along the way that she was able to navigate with expertise. She is literally only a text away to answer a questions or concerns. We would highly recommend using her if you are considering buying or selling. She is great at helping people relocate from out of state and is your eyes, ears and stand in when you can't be there.

In my experience, working with Patty, she is an exceptional real estate professional! She assisted in selling an estate property for me in North Carolina. Unfortunately, I was out of state. Patty took the lead, she did everything she said she would do in the timeframe she said she would. I can't say enough good things about her.
