Patty Schnakenberg

Patty opened "Homestead 3 Realty" in 1994 as Broker and Owner. Customers responded quickly to her honesty and high integrity, as well as her friendly character. Patty has always maintained the utmost desire to help her clients in every way possible. By year 2002, her husband Mark joined the day to day operation, offering construction knowledge and managing residential rental properties. The team offers the resources needed to assist buyers & sellers of all types, whether it be residential, commercial, or vacant land. Patty has volunteered to help almost every organization within the community, serving on numerous committees. Almost 20 years on Planning & Zoning, to President of Chamber of Commerce, to Chairman of numerous fund raising events including Annual Piccadilly Auction and LSAM State Volleyball Tourney.
