Patty pulled off the miracle of all miracles and was able to get my husband and I our dream home. She was knowledgeable about loan options for our circumstance, and put me in touch with a great lender right away. She quickly got our current house listed for sale and facilitated open houses and showings often. She was on top of communication and never left anything up for question. She also has great connections with everyone involved in the home selling and buying process I.e., inspectors, electricians, lenders, etc. Without her, I know we wouldnt be in our dream house today and we are so grateful!
