We love Patty so much we are repeat clients. We have used Pattys services on a sale/purchase and this time on a sale/new-construction purchase. She was wonderful start-to-finish representing us in both transactions. She stays on top of everything and is quick to respond. Even our buyers realtor said he loved working with Patty! During our new construction build there was a leak during the building process. I especially was so concerned about mold. She had someone come out to take moisture readings and worked with the builder to fix the problem until repeat readings read aEURoeno moisture presentaEUR?.
