ZillowVERIFIEDPatty was absolutely great from beginning to end. She helped us through the ups and downs ( and there were plenty) always keeping a cool head and working to get problems resolved. For example there was a problem with the appraisal. The bank that hired the appraiser unexpectedly and surprisingly suddenly didnt like their own appraisers comps. Patty jumped right in and found 6 additional comps that additionally supported the original appraisal. The loan was then approved and the transaction closed a few days later. We would highly recommend her and use her again!!!!
