She was very attentive, very responsive to our calls and questions and cognizant of our concerns. She easily guided us through the process, explaining each section of the process thoroughly. She included us as part of her team & kept us in the loop at all times. Not only is she extremely professional, she is an excellent communicator, pleasant, fun, very positive. She seemed to have a good read on people, sort of a second sense of them. Also, she seemed to attract a higher level of serious prospective buyers, buyers who were actually ready to buy! We had quick offers and such a quick sale, I was almost disappointed that we spent less than 30 days with her and wouldn't be seeing Patti any more . . . or at least until our next purchase! I would definitely recommend her & her Team!
