Patti always stayed in contact during the sale of our home. When negotiating the sale with the buyers Patti was extremely knowledgeable about what we needed to do, what we didn't have to do, and what we should do based on convention.Patti had her ideas of a potential listing price for our house, but talked it through with us and was very open to our opinions as well. She helped us through the negotiating process and got us to a compromise that allowed us a fast sale.In getting the house ready for sale Patti was also very helpful in guiding us through what needed to be done to get the house ready for a quick sale.Lastly, one of the most valuable services Patti provided us was a list of recommended contractors and handymen both for our sale house and for the house that we eventually purchased.
