Pat was absolutely outstanding in helping us with every aspect of buying and closing on a home! Being first time home buyers, we were unsure about many things involved in the process and Pat immediately made us feel at ease with it. The first day we met he went out of his way to help us get in to see multiple houses with no prior notice. He was always very responsive at all times of the day and evening, even meeting with us multiple times to get into the house that we were wanting to buy so that we felt completely comfortable with our purchase. Pat is very knowledgable about the current local market and went above and beyond between us and the sellers to negotiate a middle ground on the purchase of our first home. I would highly recommend Pat to anyone in the market looking for a new home and we will definitely be using Pat in the future if we ever need to buy or sell a home again!
