Patrick Trouillot

Born in New York and raised in South Florida, Patrick moved to the Capitol area to pursue a career in real estate after obtaining his B.A. in Political Science from Rollins College. Patrick lives in Kalorama Triangle. After first practicing as an individual agent, Patrick joined a well-recognized team in DC where he operated in various capacities. His experience includes inside sales, real estate consultation, operations, and team leadership. Patrick now serves as COO and a Principal of Living Matters Group, a high performing real estate team with Compass that serves DC, MD, and VA.
