We were in unique situation where we decided last minute to list our home and we needed to sell fast! Patrick swooped in and took care of business!! Hes one of those people who knows someone for every job that needed done, and they were willing to squeeze us in because of the respect they have for Patrick. With a lot of hard work, we were ready to list only a week after making the decision, And after 4 days on the market we got a full price offer.
