Beginning by managing group homes for LSS, Patrick then achieved a significant milestone by founding the Children's Museum of Eau Claire--an accomplishment he holds dear. Subsequently, he was recruited to spearhead a development program for Mayo Clinic in Menomonie, WI. Throughout his non-profit endeavors, Patrick actively invested in and managed his own rental properties. Presently, he continues to own and operate a thriving investment property and management business. Alongside his full-time role at Chippewa Valley Real Estate, Patrick co-owns Chippewa Valley Property Management, offering assistance to others in effectively managing their investment properties. Patrick derives great satisfaction from assisting individuals in selling their homes and helping buyers find their perfect residence. We couldn't have asked for a better agent to work with. Patrick was knowledge, polite, prompt, and straight-to-the-point, all attributes you would want in a real estate agent. With his recommendations and guidance, we had four offers within 48 hours of listing and one helluva open house turnout. Closing was painless and any questions throughout the process were answered immediately and in their entirety. Hopefully he is still doing what he does best years down the road (should we decide to upgrade) as the bar has been set quite high to look elsewhere. Thanks again Patrick!

Our experience with Patrick was most positive. He did an exceptional job of listening to our needs and keeping us aware of properties that might have been in our budget and lifestyle. He was patient and accommodating when going to showings, repeatedly crisscrossing town to revisit listings on the same day. He would also respectfully make comments on location, neighborhoods, etc, drawing upon his experience in the community. Negotiation was easy, though we were not asking for anything from the sellers. On the other hand, our offer was well below the asking price and I believe Patrick helped make that possible. Following the sale, Patrick has continued to be a resource for recommendations for contractors. Throughout the experience, he was never pushy, but would matter-of-factly respond to our questions and needs in a timely and informative manner.
