Patrick is the best local realtor to work with in Flathead County. He has helped my parents, brother, and I all close on homes over the last few years. He is thorough with his work and asks the questions that a typical home buyer would not think to ask. He will go above and beyond for you throughout the buying process, whether you are purchasing a new build, land, or an already established home. Moving is stressful as is, but with Patrick as your realtor, you can take comfort in the fact that everything will be taken care of. I would recommend him time and time again.

My wife and I recently worked with Patrick to purchase our new home in Kalispell, MT and had an amazing experience! Patrick went above and beyond what I would expect any realtor to do for their clients! We moved from out of state so were not able to see every property we were interested in person. Patrick would visit each property, Facetime / Zoom with us when necessary, and was able to negotiate a better deal for us with the sellers. Once our home closed Patrick did not just pick up and leave and stop answering our calls. He helped us get our utilities setup, he checked on the home and picked up mail until we moved in. Patrick even shoveled the snow on our driveway and front entry to ensure it was looking great and safe for when we arrive! I don't consider Patrick just our realtor, but rather a friend! I highly recommend Patrick and look forward to many years of friendship!

Patrick was very helpful in finding our new property in Martin City, MT. We live in another state and Patrick went out and previewed, took video and answered a million questions from us. All of his hard work prevented us from making an unnecessary airline trip to look at property that wasn't exactly right. He was especially good at answering our emails and questions promptly. I would definitely use Patrick again and highly recommend him.
