Patrick a graduate of University of Mary with a degree in Business Management has been involved in every aspect of real estate. Throughout his college years, while owning a home improvement franchise during college, he began a love for real estate and sales. Making his franchise the top 100 franchises in sales in the U.S. for his parent company, while running it right here in Bismarck, ND. Patrick's career in real estate started when he was 22 years young, working for the largest homebuilder in North Dakota. While working with first-time homebuyers or with million dollar custom homes and everything in between, Patrick has seen and sold properties from start to finish.
