With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry: including lending, property management, new construction, and real estate sales, I am equipped to help anyone through the buying and selling process. I started my real estate career as an agent, investor and property manager. After experiencing success in those areas, my wife and I decided to further our education and experience by earning our MBA's through the University of Kansas and CIMBA in Asolo, Italy. After graduation I was hired by K.Hovnanian Homes and moved to Phoenix/Scottsdale area for three years to work with one of the top three home builders in the nation. To learn about the new home industry from one of the top builders was an experience I won't forget, especially with the backdrop of the Phoenix mountains and that amazing weather. We returned to the Topeka area to be close to family after the birth of our first child, and also had a return to real estate sales. I've been thrilled to be a part of Keller Williams, the largest real estate company in the U.S., as they have made the real estate transaction process easy for you and myself with their amazing technology and processes.
