Patrick showed us a rental property in the Gulf Gate area in Sarasota, FL. He was very professional. He arrived on time, answered all of our questions but he also did extra research about the property, including mortgage rates and a comparison chart for what it would cost us to rent it VS to buy it. that was very helpful information. He seemed very motivated to do his job!
