I was born in Canada, raised in Houston, have family roots in both urban and rural Minnesota, graduated from Texas A&M University, and am a single father in College Station. My extensive knowledge of both the Houston and Bryan/College Station marketplaces as well as my ability to quickly and efficiently analyze marketplace data provides me and my clients a competitive edge when it comes to marketing property and negotiating offers. My approach to real estate is a very proactive approach involving talking to as many people as possible in search of buyers and sellers. I utilize as much technology as available in the marketplace, but I do not rely on these methods alone to sell property.
