I have worked with an assortment of buyers, from condo buyers, to single family home buyers, military personnel being transferred to this area or moving to another area., High end buyers and new home buyers.
I have a number of buyers and sellers that I am still in touch with after we either purchased or sold their home. My favorite was a young military couple with a new baby (six months old) buying their first home. They eventually purchase 4 homes through me and the 2nd and 3rd time there was an additional to the family. The last home they purchased and then sold he was retiring from the Air Force and moving back to their home state. These kids are all grown now and out of college. I still get Christmas cards from them.
When my husband took a new job in Fort Walton Beach after retiring from Coast Guard I decided I wanted to try selling real estate. I did not know anyone in this area when we moved here from Virginia. The first year at ERA American Real Estate I was the Rookie of the Year. I have been selling real estate with the same company for 40 years.
I have numerous real estate designations: Certified Residential Specialist is one that only 1% of the real estate agents have achieved. I personally have purchased 20 properties and very knowledgeable with 1031 Exchanges. I have extension experience in assisting buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. I have consistently sold over 100 properties a year for the last 10 years.
