she is full of it she will not talk to you if you have a 555 credit and on section 8 like she said section is not her m/o she only caters to people with a 700 and up credit full of crape

This was our second time using Patricia as our agent. The first time we sold and bought with her and had a great experience, and this time we only sold (moved out of state) and had a co pletely different experience. Patricia suffered a terrible loss during our time with her, which I'm sure accounted for some of the issues we had, but Patricia herself insisted she continue with our sale rather than pass it on to another agent. She was not necessarily forthcoming with information that would have been helpful to know before accepting an offer and pushed us into accepting our very first offer (after only 2 days on the market) rather than to give our home more time and exposure. She divulged personal information to the buyer's agent which was then used against us in the sale and never once stood up for us against an unethical buyer. She would not respond to the buyer's agent when there was anything "unfair" going on, instead she would have me type a response and then copied and pasted it to them. We ending up having to give in on MANY concessions (and closed almost 40k less than what we accepted as an offer) because Patricia would not negotiate with the buyers or their agent on our behalf. At that point we just wanted the process over. I would not recommend her to any of our friends because of this.
