Pattie was high energy, very knowledgeable regarding local market conditions and gave us excellent recommendations regarding contractors who fixed various items in our home. Along with my elderly parents, I had to assist with the process of putting their home up for sale in Manahawkin, NJ. First things first we needed a realtor and Patty Romano was highly recommended to us. I called her and set up an appointment with her to see the home and meet my parents. We trusted her immediately, knowing that she would be the one to handle the selling of the home. The entire process that she explained to us was put into the works immediately, and what a smooth process it was. Since I acted as the mediator for my parents, Patty not only kept my dad in the loop of photography and inspection appointments, different showings and offers; she kept me in the loop as well. I just had to take the time to write this review because it was such a pleasure working with Patty. More than her professionalism, her compassion simplified the entire process.
