Patricia "Patti" Davila

I have worked on land and on sea, and have traveled the world over. With experience as a business proprietor, in the health and fitness sector, as a featured musical performer, and marketing administrator in the live-event and music industry, I have learned to perfect my communication skills while also tending to the varied needs of a wide range of clients. Having earned my degree in both music and business from NYU, I learned early on to value both the emotional side and the detailed needs of contracts and transactions that can leave nothing to chance. As a partner in fundraising entities that help Foster Kids, the DAV, and my local church, I have learned a world of information of how to adapt and apply my negotiation skills to achieve quick and positive terms, while maintaining a clear objective in helping others. My northeastern tenacity and can-do buoyant approach to life guides me, along with the trust a client places in me. For the past 20 years I have been a homeowner and avid runner on these sunny streets of Pompano Beach, that I proudly call my home.
