Prepare your home for sale. Look at it from the outside, and take a note of the small things. Take out more than you leave in. Fix the little fixes now. Price your home competitively to what has SOLD in your market.

I have had the pleasure of finding and selling homes for active duty and retired members of the armed forces, front line workers and retired couples too. I have worked with clients who live out of the country, investors, and those looking to either start fresh locally or in a brand new location. Locally, I am working with those who are ready to downsize and make money so they can travel. Lastly, I myself have been a first time home buyer, and understand the process from the inside. I have sold a loved one's home after an illness, and I have coached a few college grad relatives in obtaining their first home too. When I was growing up in New York, my uncle owned buildings and a few restaurants. I worked with him throughout my college days, as a server in his wine cafe. I never thought about it until later, but watching him and listening to him talk about land and property values influenced my decision later in life to become a realtor. He would always say "You can't build more of it" - that stuck with me. It gave real property a huge amount of weight as I heard him talk about places and properties in that way. I respect the value a home holds for each owner, and what it promises to each buyer too.

Besides my formal education, I have worked in hospitality, the fitness industry and in entertainment, as well as sales and management too. I am task oriented and can adapt as I go, which is perfect when transactions take flight. My clients will make the choices with my educated help and advice, as I navigate them through every stage of each contract to closing.

I worked with neighbors who wanted to upgrade to an ocean front condo from the condo they owned. We sold theirs at over asking, and were able to get a great deal on an ocean front property at below the purchase price. We closed the two transactions just two days apart and using a great team and title company, they were able to get into the new place without any worries or stresses. When I called them to say hello last week, she mentioned she is living in "heaven" now, so what else can I possibly say about that. To have been able to help them get to their dream is completely satisfying and humbling too. I am thrilled for them, and we continue to stay in touch because of the connection we made as well.
