ZillowVERIFIEDWe highly recommend Patty (Patricia), especially if you are looking for someone that is determined and sincerely looks out for her clients best interest. When we were first recommended to Patty, we werent quite ready to purchase. We met with her and a mortgage lender to see our options and what we needed to work on (credit wise). We told Patty we would be ready in about 3-4 months. She backed off and left us alone for 3-4 months, she did check in here and there but nothing overbearing. When we were finally ready, she was on it! We had very specific requirements as to where we wanted to live and what kind of home we wanted. She was able to find us many homes to view. She even went door-knocking for us! She was determined to find us the perfect home. It didnt matter what time of the day we wanted to view a home, she would make it happen. She is very persistent and tries everything in her power to get you the home you want. After viewing a few homes, and being out-bided on our first offer, we finally found the perfect home. Patty made sure our second offer was accepted and we got the home we wanted! We closed escrow in less than 15 days! At one point, we were so frustrated and ready to back out. Patty remained calm and cool and offered to assist any way she could to make it happen. She didnt allow my frustrated text messages get to her! Patty was an awesome and fun realtor and we highly recommend her to everyone! She will forever be our realtor!
