Pat did an incredible job for us. Sold our house in two days. She explained all the details of the contract and the offer and made sure we understood all the fine print. She really came through after the sale up to the closing day. We had several issues come up after the initial sale that Pat took the lead on and quickly resolved them all. She also represented us at closing. She followed up with us after closing to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I can't imagine how anyone could have handled our sale better.

Carry helped us immensely with staging and getting our house ready for photos and the showings. Pat and Carry are a super team, a well oiled machine. Pat worked really hard for us on buying and selling. She is smart, patient, loaded with information and details, knows basements, utilities, and house structure which is super important when buying a house. She is well respected in the realtor agent business which is an asset when buying and selling a home especially when working with other realtors. More important caveats of Pat are savvy marketing, intelligent, super polite and not afraid to ask questions. We felt she had our back on selling and buying.
