If youre looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely easy to work with, I highly recommend Pat. This was my first home purchase, and he made the entire experience smooth and clear from start to finish. My biggest challenge was finding a home that fit within my budget, and Pat was excellent throughout the search. He listened carefully to what I wanted, helped me stay focused on realistic options, and never made the process feel stressful or overwhelming. Any time I asked to see a home, he got me in quickly for a viewing, which was huge in a competitive market. Pats communication is one of his strongest qualities. He texted, called, and emailed, ((specifically whichever was most convenient for me at each time) and he was always available and quick to respond. I always felt informed and supported, and he was great at explaining each step so I knew exactly what was happening and what to expect next. When it came time to submit an offer, Pat gave thoughtful, professional advice and helped me stay grounded. He encouraged me to only offer what I was comfortable with and not to make an emotional offer. I appreciated that there was never any pressure, just honest guidance and steady support. He also has strong local knowledge and its clear he knows the area inside and out. Pat truly went above and beyond by recommending inspectors and helping me get great deals on them, which saved me money and made everything easier. In the end, I felt relieved and thankful to have had Pat in my corner. I was lucky to work with him, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone, especially first-time homebuyers like I was.

Pat is an amazing realtor! He listened to what my boyfriend and I were looking for in a home and quickly got us set up with a search to see homes for sale in the area we wanted. Pat was so responsive when we reached out to him to see a home and would always get us into the home we wanted to see as soon as possible. Pat went above and beyond in helping us to sell my brother's house. he was fantastic to deal with and kept us informed every step of the process. We put our trust in him, and he delivered selling the home in just 2 days and we closed 2 weeks later. Pat always was there to help especially when I lived over 2000 miles away and was selling my brother's house as part of his estate. He handled everything as if it was his own and was even very knowledgeable on estate settlements and provided guidance on other sources to help, such as accountant recommendations and Pennsylvania inheritance tax laws. Without his guidance I would have had no idea. He even handled everything at closing, so I did not have to travel back to PA just for the closing. His professionalism and can-do attitude told me I made the right decision in trusting Pat with the sale of the house. If you want to buy or sell your house, then Pat is definitely your man!
