Paola Ladewig was born and raised in Colombia before moving to Dallas-Fort Worth in 2001 and later settling in The Woodlands in 2013. She earned her degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, and her background in Marketing gives her a strategic advantage when it comes to securing the best deals and effectively showcasing properties for her clients. With more than 11 years of experience working alongside top-producing real estate agents as a Transaction Coordinator, Paola developed a strong foundation in contract management, negotiations, and client service. This experience shaped her commitment to providing seamless, attentive, and knowledgeable support to every buyer and seller she works with.
